Stylish Deals at Macy’s Backstage + GIVEAWAY!

{GIVEAWAY IS NOW OVER} If you’ve been keepin’ up with Route One Fun, you know that I love a good deal almost as much as I love my husband. 😆 So you can imagine my delight when Macy’s Backstage invited me to check out their new spot on the third floor of Macy’s at the Mall at Prince George’s! Lucky for you, they also shared two $50 gift cards to Macy’s Backstage for me to give away to two fabulous Route One Fun readers! 👏

With fall now finally in the air, I jumped at this chance to spruce up my wardrobe with a shopping trip to Macy’s Backstage. (If you didn’t already know, Macy’s Backstage opened up just last month; Go here to read more about new stores at The Mall at Prince George’s.)

As someone who enjoys the hunt for a bargain, I was excited to see what stylish gems I might find here, especially as it’s described as an outlet-within-a-store. And I was impressed: Trink Turk, Michael Kors, Betsey Johnson, Tahari, Catherine Malandrino Kate Spade, Nanette Lepore were all there, waiting to find me! 😆 On top of that, all of the goods that made it into my basket were under $20 each. Heavenly!

Here’s a peek at what initially caught my eye (I’m a sucker for bright colors and fun prints)!

As I made my way farther into the store, I saw that they carry clothing for men, women and children, as well as accessories, home decor, shoes and even a small section of home goods for your 4-legged friend (doggies)! Here’s more of the fun, funky & stylish threads I found:

I may or may not have purchased all 3 of these tops. 😄

The layout is similar to what you find at TJ Maxx or Marshalls, where certain outfits/tops/pants are highlighted on their own racks at the beginning of each aisle as well as long racks of apparel separated by sizes. Speaking of, sizes are plentiful and run up to 3x. 👏

Lots of fun, colorful & whimsical treats to explore! And all ready for Halloween!

Shopping is so often a time-pressed experience, so to be able to search for discounted tops, bottoms, shoes (including kids’ shoes), toys, beauty and home decor all in one, manageable spot is a sweet, sweet thing. Now, finish that coffee and enter the giveaway! 🙂
