Friday

Annual Greek Cultural Festival (All Ages)
Get a taste of Greece in Maryland at this cultural event. Plenty of Greek food specialties and traditional folk dances. Kids activities and vendors for everyone to have a good time!
When: 11am-9pm

Dumbarton Oaks Garden Tickets (All Ages)
Take a tour of the gardens at this historic country home and garden within Washington, DC. The grounds are home to Harvard-run research institutes and landmark garden and landscape architecture.  When: 2-6pm

Cost: $5-$10

Love the 90’s Block Party (Ages 21+)
Throwback time! DJs will be playing hits from the 90s. Think Mary J Blige, DJ Jazzy Jeff and Sean Paul among others. Enough said! (not telling our ages!) LOL
When: 4-10pm

SATURDAY

Hyattsville Juneteenth Festival (All Ages)
Make noise with fellow Americans – it’s ‘Freedom Day!. The city’s lined up DJs and live musicians. Distractions for kids including massive play area. Food, wine & beer. Vendors with items for sale.
When: 12-8pm
Where: Magruder Park, Hyattsville
Cost: Free!, $5 food options

Juneteenth Festival
Marking the date that the last enslaved people learned of their freedom, the month of June and the nineteenth day were combined to form the word Juneteenth. This family-friendly festival will include music, dance, performers, workshops and more!
When: 12-5pm
Where: Watkins Regional Park, Upper Marlboro
Cost: Free!

DC JazzFest at the Wharf 2019 |
Who doesn’t love a good jazz fest in the community? Check out the schedule, there’s something for everyone! More than 20 free concerts over multiple stages. Enjoy jazz near the waterfront!

Countdown to the Centennial Kickoff Event!
All are invited to this community-centered event featuring enjoy food, drinks, live musical performances, and more! After party 8-10pm at Town Center Market with music by local artist Joseph Panic.

Ally First Annual Gala Celebration
There’ll be signature cocktails, a sneak peek at Ally Theatre’s upcoming season and their first annual Ally for the Community Awards (being presented to Hyattsville Mayor Candace Hollingsworth and Route One Fun) at this fun event! Join us!

Lesole’s Dance Project: Strictly Gumboots
Delve into the history of Gumboot dance rooted in the dark gold mine tunnels of South Africa. An “instant message” of dance performed wearing wellington boots.

The Paul McCartney Experience

Father’s Day Medieval Rock n’ Roll Show (All Ages)
