The Route 1 corridor is adding an additional real estate business to its directory. Keller Williams Capital Properties appears set to open up shop at 4806 Rhode Island Ave in Hyattsville – the former location of Fecosasa Thrift Store. (Two more familiar, perhaps, points of reference close to this address would be Pizzeria Paradiso and Streetcar 82 Brewing Co. 🙂 )

This will be the company’s third location in Maryland, with its website listing additional locations in Bethesda and Rockville.
Do hope they kept/saved the “The Shops at Crittenden Crossing” sign that hung above the entrance.
Keller Williams Capital Properties is part of the Menkiti Group family of real estate services companies. (As many folks know, the Menkiti Group owns this block of commercial properties as well as the Singer Building in Mount Rainier – which is home to the highly-anticipated Pennyroyal Station restaurant. Last we heard, DC Sweet Potato Cake was fixin’ to open at the address between Pizzeria Paradiso and Keller Williams. That’s not the case now. Any insights as to what may be opening in that location? Seems like such a great spot! Drop your knowledge in the comments, below!
