Foodhall Coming to Riverdale Park
Back in February, Riverdale Park Station Blog shared the good word about this development. The new food hall is to open this summer in the currently vacant corner space across from MOD Pizza.
A project of Hospitality HQ, this new spot will feature “9 independent culinary concepts, a sleek wrap-around bar, and indoor/outdoor seating for 175+ guests.”
What is a Ghost Kitchen?
So, “What’s a ghost kitchen,” you ask? As this Eater article notes, they’re a take-out-and-delivery-only-type restaurant whose existence has risen dramatically during the pandemic as a means for many restauranteurs to get by.
