Mt. Rainier Elementary PTO Fall Carnival! 
Check out this fun afternoon/evening of games and great good at the Mount Rainier Elementary Fall Carnival! Activities include games/face painting/basketball/bouncy house (ages 3+) & more. This is a great way for prospective students and their families to get to know teachers, students and families who attend! Ticket sales benefit the Mount Rainier Parent Teacher Organization.
When: 4-7:30pm
Where: Mount Rainier Elementary, 4011 32nd Street, Mt. Rainier
Cost: No entry fee (though bring money for games and food!)

Open Gym at PG Sports & Learning Complex
This place is HUGE. Great for 1-12 years old. Two climbing walls. Two foam pits. Tons of equipment for curious ones to explore and blow off some steam. Very clean. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Adults are to be on the floor with the children (Max 3 child:1 adult).
When: 4:30-5:30pm

Xtreme Teens: Basketball Tournament (Ages 10-17)

Xtreme Teens: Human Pacman (Ages 10-17)
Join us as we play an exciting, interactive game of the legendary video game, Pacman – but this time, it’s Human Pacman! One person is Pacman, everyone else is ghosts Inky, Blinky….

Rafael’s Race – 5k Race/1k run-walk 
Run and support this race organized in honor of Greenbelt Elementary student, Rafael Martin, who pass away in ’09 of a rare disease called VATER syndrome. Money raised supports Greenbelt Elementary PTA.
When: 8:30-10:30am
Where: Greenbelt Elementary School, Greenbelt
Cost: 1K – $10 ($12 day of registration); 5K – $20 ($25 day of registration)

Fire House Bank Workshop
Join our hands-on workshop and you and your child can build a cute coin bank with a fire station design. Once the bank is built, your child can decorate it with paint and stickers. Tip: Get there early; supplies may/often run out.

University Park Children’s Clothing Co-Op Sale! 
Quality “pre-washed and gently worn” clothing for children from tots to teens will be available. Cash only.

Family Art Day with La Manta
Enjoy traditional Mexican music, participate in a craft, take a demonstration salsa class and enjoy light refreshments!

Fall Festival – Hands on Drums
Hand on Drums is a Pop-Up Store that celebrates and supports the work of Ghana craft makers while delivering hands-on drumming and arts experiences to uplift communities. Join for this Fall Festival featuring drum class for children, drum circle, food, arts, crafts and more! Go to site for specific event times.

College Park Day!
Join your friends and neighbors at the 8th Annual College Park Day Festival! Free admission to the College Park Aviation Museum, 2 stages of live music, vendors, food trucks, kids fun zone with obstacle courses, climbing wall, bounce house and more!

Riverdale Park Day 2017!
The Town of Riverdale Park is hosting their annual community day, Riverdale Park Day 2017! Join for music, vendors, food, games and lots of family-friendly fun!
When: 12pm-5pm

Join us for a game of basketball. There will be skills challenges and 3-on-3 games. You can even prove your skills in the virtual world as we will have basketball on the Xbox.

Day to Serve: National Wildlife Visitor Center Habitat Beautification (All Ages)
Through weeding, mulching, and trimming we will make the front of the National Wildlife Visitor Center a showcase of native plant gardening. Come learn about invasive plants and how to minimize them in your yard. Planned tasks are friendly for all ages and skill levels. When: 9am-3pm

Arts Drop-In: Mask Making Mayhem! 
Take part in this fun arts project facilitated by arts specialist Aaron Springer. Bring the family, take a seat, order brunch and get started on your project! (Project supplies are free of charge but we encourage you to purchase delicious brunch at MilkBoy ArtHouse!)

36th Annual Kinderfest
Enjoy an afternoon created especially for pre-school and elementary-aged children. Great entertainment, games and fun activities.

Nature Song with Stina (All ages)
